CODY SMITH

Owner Cody Smith says his single biggest goal in life is to reach as many people as he can and help them change their lives. “Too many people in the world suffer from negativity and health problems,” he says. “I want to show any- and everyone that you can indeed enjoy life, live healthy, and be who you want to be.”

KAUA KAHELE

Kaua, Wife and Mother of 2 beautiful girls started her journey a few years ago at another gym and once joining the Virtuous Gym she knew she had found her place. After creating some amazing changes in her own life and fitness she became inspired to pay it forward by becoming a Coach herself. Kaua is an energetic and motivational Coach who is ready to serve all who entered our doors.

JASON CHRIST

Coach Jason Christ brings 8 years of experiences to Virtuous Fitness’s coaching staff. After spending so much time in a big gym with no direction and not seeing results, he decided to look for a change and found it in this gym!

After 6 months of being a part of Virtuous, becoming a coach seemed like the best way to pay forward all that was learned being a part of this community. “I had previously never been exposed to a community like our gym before,” he says. “I love being part of our community and coaching our athletes is a true honor!”

MEGAN BARTLESON

Megan is a long time fitness enthusiast and avid chaser of knowledge. After spending many years as a member of Virtuous she became inspired to share her experience and knowledge with her community. Stepping into a Coaching role and paying forward everything she has learned has been a great gift for her in her fitness journey!

WILL FLANNARY

Coach Will has spent his life in pursuit of excellence in fitness, beginning at an early age on his dad’s Bowflex. What started as simple curiosity quickly evolved into a disciplined, lifelong commitment to strength, performance, and personal development.

During his time in the military, Will elevated his commitment by serving as a Command Fitness Leader, where he led large-scale training sessions and developed programs designed to improve physical readiness across diverse groups of service members.

After earning his Bachelor of Science in Health and Wellness, Will refined his focus on functional fitness through CrossFit. While training at CrossFit808 in Hawaii, he was inspired by the culture of high-level performance, learning from experienced athletes who would take the time to help sharpen his Olympic lifting and gymnastics capabilities.

Joining Virtuous, Will recognized an environment defined by professionalism, growth, and a shared standard of excellence. Surrounded by coaches dedicated to continuous improvement and delivering an exceptional training experience.

Will is committed to providing purposeful, high-quality coaching that empowers individuals to build strength, move with confidence, and perform at their highest level. He takes pride in helping others become strong, capable,  humans for life.

ABE LUPKIN 

Movement is for everyone! Since 2005, Abe has dedicated his career to mastering the art of coaching from the high-intensity world to college & high school baseball and even into the specialized needs of senior fitness. His philosophy combines his background in Strength and Conditioning alongside his certification in nutrition to help our clients build a body that performs as well as it looks. His goal is simple: to use his 20 years of experience to help you move better, eat smarter, and stay strong at any age.
