I'M A TOTAL BEGINNER OR AM OUT OF SHAPE. IS VIRTUOUS GYM RIGHT FOR ME?
Absolutely. We pride ourselves on being a space where beginners thrive. Our expert coaches meet you exactly where you are, providing the
confidence, honest feedback, and unwavering support you need to get started safely.
WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT MY FIRST VISIT?
 Your journey starts with a Free Intro Session! We’ll give you a tour of our Silverdale facility, introduce you to the coaches, and chat about your
current fitness level and goals to ensure we are a great fit for each other.
DO I NEED TO KNOW HOW TO DO EXERCISES BEFORE JOINING?
Not at all. Every single group training session is led by an experienced, certified coach. We explain the purpose behind every workout, demonstrate
the movements, and keep a close eye on your form to keep you safe and moving steady.
ARE YOUR WORKOUTS SCALABLE FOR DIFFERENT ABILITIES?
 Yes! Our workouts are "universally scaled." This means every day features different variations of the
same workout designed for every fitness level—from day one beginners to experienced athletes.
WHAT KIND OF WORKOUTS DO YOU OFFER?
We focus on purposeful Group Fitness, Strength Training, and Conditioning. Our programming combines
weightlifting (barbells, kettlebells), bodyweight movements (push-ups, squats), and cardio/conditioning
(rowers, bikes) to build strong, capable people for life.
HOW LONG ARE YOU SESSIONS?
Our group training sessions are 60 minutes long, which includes a coach-led warm-up
designed to activate the muscles you'll be using, the core workout, and a cool-down. In and out with a great workout in 1 hour!
WHAT IS THE GYM ENVIRONMENT LIKE?
 We are a tight-knit community built on growth and mutual support. Our philosophy is guided by the "7 Virtues of Fitness"—we use
fitness to train the mind, lift each other up, and seek fulfillment alongside like-minded people. There is zero judgment or criticism here.
HOW MANY PEOPLE ARE IN YOUR GROUP CLASSES?
We keep our class sizes capped at 24 people. That ensures a high-energy environment while still allowing our
coaches to give you personalized, focused attention during every single movement.
DO I HAVE TO SIGN A LONG TERM CONTRACT?
We want you here because you love the results and the community, not because a contract forces you to be. Ask us about
our flexible monthly options when you come in for your tour.
WHAT ARE YOU CLASS TIMES AND SCHEDULE?
 We offer multiple class times throughout the week to fit into busy schedules—including early morning, mid-day, and evening options.
You can easily view our schedule and book your sessions through our member app.
DO YOU OFFER NUTRITION COACHING?
Yes! True transformation happens when you nourish your body correctly. We offer guidance on eating right and building
sound daily habits to maximize your energy levels and ensure you get the best possible results from your hard work in the gym.
