Amy Coaching

Group Fitness (CrossFit)

Every group training session is led by an Experienced and Certified Coach and is designed to be fun, high energy, and challenging so that you have fun and get in a great workout.

In this class it’s all about being comfortable with uncomfortable. During these group workouts, we will focus on functional movements that mimic things you do in your everyday lives. We will get you outside of your comfort zone, and do so without compromising your ability to safely conduct the movements used in the workouts. We will constantly be ramping up the intensity of your workouts based on your increased proficiency with the movements.

Our group environment is one that cannot be recreated anywhere else. The support, motivation, and accountability from the other members in the class is like nothing you have experienced before. You will become part of one of the most unique and selfless fitness communities in the industry.

Individual Design

At Virtuous Fitness, our Individualized Design Program is the best way to not only meet your fitness goals, but exceed them! You have daily support from your own dedicated Coach who provides you with personalized workouts that are guaranteed to improve your strength, cardiovascular health, agility, and endurance.

Whether your priority is to lose weight, prepare for a sport, or use fitness to improve your health and help balance your hectic life, we have a coach who will guide you there.

All ages and fitness levels are welcome and encouraged to enroll. Our coaches are not only experts in health and fitness, but they are also expert motivators and supporters. Our 1-on-1 Nutrition Coaching Service is completely customized to fit your goals and lifestyle. No longer do you have to be frustrated with what to eat, how much to eat, and when. We do the guess work for you.

Yoga

We want to help you Stretch and Gain more Range of motion. Yoga will help you do that. Our yoga class will help you stretch with purpose!  You’re not too young, too old, too weak, too inflexible, too busy, too stressed, too athletic, too strong, too overwhelmed, or too new to do yoga. Our yoga is designed for all skill levels and all mindsets. So if you’re curious, check it out. You’ll be glad you did.
