We build our program around our Three Pillars of Success - Workouts, Nutrition, and Accountability. This means Group Workouts, One on One Nutrition Coaching, and Daily Accountability from your own personal Coach who cares!

There’s something special about the first day with Virtuous Fitness. At first glance, it might look like any other group fitness gym community you have seen before, but we represent so much more. Every movement, from warmup to the end of your workout, is there to get you further toward your goals and support your individual needs. As you go through each session, your coach is learning more and more how you move, think, and feel, and is ready to respond to make your workout more satisfying, more fun, and more effective than anything you’ve done before.

HOW THIS WORKS

Step one - We get to know you

  • Each 6-Week FREE Program begins with a 60 minute One on One Assessment. We sit down and assess where you currently are in your fitness, we aim to gain your trust through honesty and authenticity.
  • We set goals, find your motivations, and uncover how to best deliver you to your desired goal. We answer all your questions and make sure you feel comfortable.

Step two - You begin your 6-WEEK FREE Program

  • Joining communities are scary, they can be intimidating. This is why we give you 6 Full Weeks to try us out. We want to provide you with results in advance and make sure you feel right at home (WE KNOW YOU WILL!)
  • We have a highly educational environment, this is why from start to finish you receive direction and assistance on your technique, form, all while receiving motivation and encouragement. Your first day is where you get to experience this!
